The release of Windows 10 is well and truly here.
Windows 7 and 8.1 user who preregistered for an automatic upgrade would have noticed the full installation effected from 12AM ET on July 29th 2015.
The release is not available to everyone as the distribution by Microsoft will be done in waves on compatible systems. How does the new version of Window stack up and should I upgrade? Windows 8 was an uncomfortable experience for many users which Windows 10 goes a long way to correcting.
The new version is clean, easy to understand and familiar packed with new helpful features that you would want to use. The ability to roll back Windows 10 quickly to your previous version if you are unhappy with the new interface makes it an easy upgrade to recommend. Plus it is free for current users of Windows 7 and 8 for the next 12 months.
Before going ahead with the upgrade, determine whether your existing hardware and software is compatible with the new Windows. Contact us for an assessment of the compatibility of your system and your eligibility for the upgrade.
