Position: Accounts and Operations Manager

A trustworthy, bright and hardworking individual is required to fill the position as Accounts and Operations Manager with IT support services company Onsite Helper.

The role is 2-4 days per week depending on workload and salary will be based on experience. You must be available to start in the first week of December. The role is best suited for a recent graduate in commerce/accounting looking to up skill. You will be working closely with the CEO and under the supervision of the CFO.

Typical duties will include:
  • End to end accounts payable & receivable
  • Banking and bank reconciliations
  • Management of product orders and client subscriptions
  • Payroll
  • Tax management including preparation of BAS
  • Customer care
  • Assistance in general office duties when required
  • Assisting the technicians with helpdesk calls
Requirements for this position:

  • Commerce/accounting diploma or degree

  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well with clients
Additional favourable skills:
  • Experience with Xero
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience with debt collection
  • General IT knowledge
